17/03 SXSW gig stopped by the police

Disaster struck at Dirty Pretty Things SXSW gig last night their set was pushed back so far that it was stopped by local police only 5 songs in.

After averting an earlier calamity when arriving at the venue to find that no back line was available, drums and amps were secured from local shops and the band took to the stage at 12:30am, 30 minutes later than scheduled due to The Flaming Lips show running over.  DPT only managed to play 5 songs before local police and security pulled the plug on Didz and arrests were looking likely.
