If you are having trouble registering or logging in using your existing details, this is the page for you.

Existing Libertines members

We have transfered approximately 16,000 members from the official Libertines website. This process is mostly smooth, but inevitably some accounts get chewed.

If you cannot login using your existing Libertines username and password, please re-register as soon as possible. We apologise that you're old username or screen name may not be available, but there are 35,000 other members which dramatically cuts down the number of sexy usernames and screen names available.

Are you on the mailing list?

Members carried over from the Libertines site are not signed up to the new Universal emailing list. Please use this form to join the mailing list if this applies to you.

You log in, then you're out again!

If you are told you have successfully logged in, but then you find yourself instantly logged out, make sure you are accessing the website via it's .com address, and not the .co.uk clone. Also, double check that your browser is set to accept "cookies".

Sorry, but we've had to remove the contact form as 99% of enquiries were not about membership problems, which we can't help with.
